All our products are hand made and coloured in small batches.

When do you restock your items?

Unfortunately, we rarely restock items. Sunday Rae is a small family business, we only make small quantities and pride ourselves on slow fashion. Our garments are designed to be trans-seasonal.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Promotions

Promotions are not in conjunction with any other offer. Promotions are only valid during a specified time frame, which will be noted below the offer. Promo codes can be used once per customer, and are valid for full price items only, unless otherwise specified.

I accidentally entered the incorrect shipping address – can you change it for me?

If your order has not yet been shipped we may be able to amend your shipping label accordingly, however if your order has already been packed and/or dispatched, this will be out of our control.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Within Australia, we can ship to a PO Box via registered Australia Post. Sendle do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping outside of Australia we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

What packaging do you use?

All Sunday Rae items are shipped in Better Packaging Co 100% biodegradable mailer bags, and the items themselves are wrapped in biodegradable poly bags.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order is an item that is currently not in stock or a new item that is still available to purchase. It will be back in stock and ready to send out soon. Please email us if you need to know exact times and more information regarding pre-order items. If you have purchased a pre-order item along with an item in stock, all items will be sent in the same parcel. If you wish to receive the in stock item earlier, please place a separate order.

Voucher codes cannot be used on pre-order items.
