RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Sunday Rae purchase, so if you’re anything other than in love with your new clothes, or the size is incorrect, we'll gladly exchange the item for another size, or provide a store credit minus the shipping charges.

If you'd like to return your item/s you will need to obtain an Return Authorisation number. 

To obtain an Return Authorisation number please contact hello@sundayrae.com.au stating your order number and the reason for your return. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

**Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases.

All discounted sales and orders using a discount code are FINAL and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on swimwear with the hygeine tags removed, please bare this in mind when contacting us. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you wish to return is faulty, please email a photo and brief description of the item and fault prior for assessment, prior to returning the item to us. Once the faulty item is received and assessed, you will be offered a solution. 

If there is no stock for a replacement, a store credit or refund will be issued immediately once we have received the returned item. We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon delivery, and be sure to contact us within 21 days of purchase if there is a problem. Items sent to us outside of this date will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.

Refunds will be processed via Paypal or store credit for faulty items ONLY.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

We are an Australian owned and operated business so we operate inside the Australian Consumer Law and Guarantee.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Please email hello@sundayrae.com.au to let us know that you wish to return/exchange your item. All returns/exchanges need to be confirmed first through our email.

When sending the item back please include your name, order number, and new size required. Items must be received within 5 days of notification. Please provide us with the tracking number. 

SHIPPING 

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched between Monday- Friday. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

Our products ship from Gold Coast, Australia.

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for all orders over $150.00 AUD & Free Shipping over $300 for US & NZ.

  • Flat rate registered via Australia Post - $8.95 ( 3-5 business days)
  • Express via Australia Post - $13.95 (1-2  business days)
  • New Zealand - Australia Post Tracked - $15 (7-10 business days)
  •  America and UK- $24 Australia Post ( 15-20 business days)
  •  Rest of the World - $40 Australia Post ( 15-25 business days) 

Worldwide orders can also be shipped via express post, please contact us for a quote.

Our shipping cost and timeframe is based upon Australia Post's guidelines and may vary slightly based on busy times of year and your region. 

Once the product leaves our hands we are not responsible for the postage service/delays. You will be supplied with any tracking and reference numbers after purchase.

*Please note, some countries may charge fees or import tax on items. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you check your country's shipping rates and taxes.
