All our products are hand made and coloured in small batches. Please cold hand wash your garments in gentle laundry liquid and dry flat in the shade to avoid any colour runs or fading. Always follow the care label instruction.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Sunday Rae purchase, so if you’re anything other than in love with your new clothes, or the size is incorrect, we'll gladly exchange the item for another size, or provide a store credit.
If you'd like to return your item/s you will need to obtain an Return Authorisation number.
To obtain an Return Authorisation number please contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the reason for your return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases.
All discounted sales are FINAL and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, please email a photo and brief description of the item and fault prior for assessment, prior to returning the item to us. Once the faulty item is received and assessed, you will be offered a solution.
If there is no stock for a replacement, a store credit or refund will be issued immediately once we have received the returned item. We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon delivery, and be sure to contact us within 21 days of purchase if there is a problem. Items sent to us outside of this date will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.
Refunds will be processed via Paypal or store credit for faulty items ONLY.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
